Karina Wright

Karina has been with Intuition Private since day one back in 2016, and she’s our go-to Clinic & Business Manager for just about everything (not least of all keeping the coffee flowing). With a solid background in corporate leadership and area management, she’s played a huge role in shaping Intuition into what it is today.

She’s really passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Karina genuinely believes that a strong, positive culture plus high‑quality care is what makes Intuition the go‑to place for women’s and children’s health in our community.

Her leadership, energy, and knack for keeping the vibe going have helped make Intuition a standout for families on the Central Coast. She’s focused on creating a classy, modern, inclusive space where everyone- patients, staff, referrers, and community members feel looked after. For Karina, it’s never “just” an appointment; it’s a chance to give someone a memorable experience.

Outside of work, Karina is usually planning her next adventure. She’s originally from the Central Coast but has travelled to over 54 countries. Her biggest adventure, though, is being a proud mum of three.
