Parking

Undercover parking for patients is available on site by pressing button 6 and then the bell on the entry keypad. There is lift access from the carpark and we are located on level one.

Pre-appointment preparation

What to bring to your first appointment

It is a requirement that you enter your registration details via Intuition Private’s Clinic to Cloud Patient Portal at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please use your email address and use ‘forgot password’ for access.

We ask you provide your referral letter from your GP, and a copy of any relevant medical records such as blood test results/ultrasound reports. Please upload these copies via your patient portal, via email ([email protected]) or have your GP fax them to 02 4326 0639. 

On the day of your appointment, please bring paper copies of the above (where possible), along with your Medicare and Private Health Fund numbers (if applicable).

Your patient portal also enables you to view all upcoming appointments, invoices, receipts and Medicare rebate information.
