We’re located in a two‑storey grey and white office complex with a café and “12 Gosford Private Medical Centre” signage at the front. We are not in the corner‑block building – we’re one building up from the bus stop. We’re also not attached to the private hospital; we’re directly in front of PRP North Gosford.

Parking

We have complimentary basement car parking under our building complex, accessible from the road via the driveway entry. Press button #6 labelled “Intuition”.

Note: Concession cards are not accepted.

Do you have private health insurance which covers you for this service (e.g. gynaecology surgery or pregnancy care?).

Just a note: private health funds don’t cover consultations or in-rooms services. They only kick in when you’re admitted to hospital for gynaecology surgery, or birthing your baby. Most consultations and in-rooms services however do attract a Medicare rebate.

We collect your personal and medical information so we can provide care, run the clinic, manage billing (including Medicare and Health Fund), and share relevant information with other health professionals involved in your care.

Pre-appointment preparation

What to bring to your first appointment

It is a requirement that you enter your registration details via Intuition’s Clinic to Cloud Patient Portal at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please use your email address and use ‘forgot password’ for access.

We ask you provide your referral letter from your GP, and a copy of any relevant medical records such as blood test results/ultrasound reports. Please upload these copies via your patient portal, via email ([email protected]) or have your GP fax them to 02 4326 0639. 

On the day of your appointment, please bring paper copies of the above (where possible), along with your Medicare and Private Health Fund numbers (if applicable).

Your patient portal also enables you to view all upcoming appointments, invoices, receipts and Medicare rebate information.
