PETA IS BACK!
After a terrible burns incident over her back, arm and hand, we're pleased to say our leader is back on board after a short (very long) 6 weeks' out of action!
Dear all valued patients,
I wanted to let you all know that I am now back and able to start meeting these babies that have not been born yet and also hopefully the little ones born while I was away.
I want to thank patients, staff, colleagues and friends for all the messages, good wishes, care and understanding that I have received during a very difficult time for both myself and my family.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Shah, who has taken on a lot of extra work in my absence and looked after a lot of women who were booked with me. I know it can be difficult to place your trust in someone else when you have spent close to nine months preparing for birth with an expectation that a certain doctor will be there. For that understanding from my patients, I am very grateful.
I know (from the experience of my own son's birth with Dr Shah in attendance), that all my patients were in
the very best, and safest of hands.
To my valued midwives, both in the practice and at Gosford Private, your support and hard work has been very much appreciated as I felt very much supported by yourselves and reception staff during my recovery.
I look forward to catching up with you all in the near future, and have an exceptionally busy few weeks to look forward to. I will endeavour to answer emails and questions as quickly as I can.
My family and myself are incredibly grateful again for your kindness, patience and well wishes during this time.
See you soon,
